Terms of service
Charava is a place to explore fictional characters and create original stories. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Who can use Charava
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your account information accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Fictional conversations
Characters are AI, not people. Their statements may be invented or inaccurate. Do not rely on character replies for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. Charava is not affiliated with Character.AI.
Your creations
You retain ownership of your original contributions. You grant Charava permission to store, display, and process your content to operate the features you choose. Public characters are discoverable; unlisted characters are available to anyone with their link. Private characters are available only to their creator. Do not upload content you lack the right to use or impersonate someone deceptively.
Acceptable use
Follow the community guidelines. Do not exploit the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, harass others, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict content or accounts that violate these rules.
Memberships
If available, paid memberships use the price and billing period shown at checkout. They renew until canceled. Manage cancellation through Settings. Daily message limits apply; unused messages do not roll over. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Availability and account deletion
We work to keep Charava available, but access and AI responses may be interrupted. You can export your data or delete your account in Settings. Deleting a character also removes conversations associated with that character. These terms may be updated as the service develops.
